1 T apple cider vinegar

add eight oz ginger ale
pulse
serve with sliced bananas
and whole blueberries

quarter cup dehydrated daikon

quarter cup burdock root

one cup yam

half cup carrot 

T herbs de provence

T curry

3 T olive oil

chop roots and kale

saute' 

add herbs de provence

rinse and add lentils

add curry and stir

add water

simmer 32 mins

SCOOP INTO A BOWL

WITH A SLOTTED SPOON

ADD RAW APPLE CIDER ViNeGaR

AND OLIVE OIL

Red Lentils and Asparagus

1 cup red lentils

1 cup asparagus chopped

1/2 cup yam cubed 

1/2 cup burdock half moons

1/2 cup onion sliced

1/2 inch ginger minced

4 cloves garlic diced

3 T olive oil

1 T curry

1 T daikon leaves minced

1 T herbes de provence

*********

saute`roots in olive oil

add herbes de provence

stir till fragrant

rinse and add lentils

add curry stir till fragrant

add water bring to simmer

add daikon leaves

cover and simmer for 15 mins

add asparagus simmer 5 mins

remove from heat
