Celery Soup
5 Cups celery chopped
1/2 med onion chopped
2 med red potatoes chopped
5 button mushrooms chopped
6 cloves garlic chopped
1 apple cored and chopped
4 T olive oil
1 qt low sodium veg broth
1 cup hemp m*lk
t herbs de provence
1/4 t celery seed
1/4 t fennel seed

saute' veg's
add herbs
add broth
bring to a simmer
add apple
add hemp m*lk
simmer 32 mins
remove from heat
cool and puree with
an immersion blender
add salt and pepper
to each bowl as needed
