Co-Co Nut Fennel
Soup
1 med fennel bulb
1 med yam
6 cloves garlic
1/2 med onion
1 cup collard stems
1 cup red lentils
1 can co-co nut milk
4 t olive oil
1 t curry
1 t herbs de provence
1/2 t fennel seeds
1 T daikon leaves

chop and saute'
roots and stems
add herbs
rinse and add lentils
add curry
stir till fragrant
add water
simmer 15 mins
add co-co nut milk
simmer 17 mins
