Red Lentils and Asparagus

Red Lentils and Asparagus
*********
1 cup red lentils
1 cup asparagus chopped
1/2 cup yam cubed 
1/2 cup burdock half moons
1/2 cup onion sliced
1/2 inch ginger minced
4 cloves garlic diced
3 T olive oil
1 T curry
1 T daikon leaves minced
1 T herbes de provence
*********
saute`roots in olive oil
add herbes de provence
stir till fragrant
rinse and add lentils
add curry stir till fragrant
add water bring to simmer
add daikon leaves
cover and simmer for 15 mins
add asparagus simmer 5 mins
remove from heat

mix your own curry
dehydrated daikon leaves
more garlic/more ginger
build a solar dehydrator
carrots/parsnips/turnips
mix your own herbes de provence
